Colonel Robert Douglas’ Regiment of Foot was a small Covenanter regiment of foot raised in 1651 during Third Civil War.

In March 1651, Robert Douglas was commissioned to raise a regiment of foot in Teviotdale, Selkirk and Eskdale.

In May, they were at Stirling and in July 1651 were recoded s having 181 men.

It is uncertain whether this unit was at Worcester, they are not heard of after July 1651.

A history of the unit is shown in Edward M. Furgol’s A Regimental History of the Covenanting Armies 1639-1651 Edinburgh, 1990.
