Samuel Douglas MBESamuel Douglas a recently  (2011) elected member of the Northern Ireland Assembly, the devolved UK government in Northern Ireland. He is also secretary of The Ullans Academy which promotes Ulster Scots and Ulster Gaelic language and culture.
