Gerry Brawn-Douglas




Gerry Brawn-Douglas (Ian Gerald Brawn-Douglas) was an Educationalist with a specialist service of Biofeedback & Neurofeedback training. He lived in Auckland, New Zealand.  He is, or was, associated with the company: Brawn-Douglas Psychology & Education Limited and was appointed to this company on 1 Aug 1996.

His daughter is Phoebe Gerry Brawn-Douglas whose late partner (de facto/common law) was Solomona (“Solz”) Tetonga • Status: Deceased, 29 July 2021, Auckland City Hospital  and is Step-father to Phoebe’s son, Ariki was born in 2011.

The Brawn-Douglas surname seems to have originated when Gerry married his wife, whose family came from England.

The earliest de Lapomerede I have located is César III de MAUREL de LA POMAREDE , Knight of the Royal and Military Order of Saint Louis 1690-1758.  Lord of Lapomarède (Poumarède), Major in the regiment of Brie infantry, knight of Saint-Louis.

•  Melanoma sufferer Reuben Paul Brawn-Douglas, son of Pene Brawn-Douglas, died in 2010 aged 26 in Auckland.

•  Holly  Brawn-Douglas is a cafe owner in Auckland.
