Stopford C. Douglas

 

Lt Stopford Douglas served on the Queen (Flag Ship), 15,000 tons, under Admiral Sir Charles C. Drury in 1907

There is some evidence that, as a Commander, he was in charge of Q ships in the Irish Sea during the 1st World War.
