Martin Douglass is Engineering Director at the Aircraft Carrier Alliance and Chief Engineer of the Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carrier programme. He has previously worked in marine engineering for BAE Systems and the Ministry of Defence, having completed a Bachelor of Engineering in the field. He and his partner Nikki have three children. He enjoys watching Wales play rugby, photography, sailing, golf and cycling.
