Mrs. Bessie Clore Wilknson, 67, died at the Culver hospital inCrawfordsville on Monday morning after being ill for about 2 weeks.Mrs. Wilkinson a resident of Wallace, was well known throughoutFountain County and was active in Demoratic circles. She was born Nov23, 1885 in Parke County, daughter of Henry and Maria Myers Clore. Shewas first married to Eston Wert, who preceded her in death. She wasmarried in 1909 to Eston Wilkinson of Wallace, who survives. She was amember of Wallace Christian Church, Wallace Chapter OES and Ladies AidSociety of the Christian Church. Surviving besides the husand are ason, Clinton Wert of Indianapolis; two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Jones ofAdvance and Bertha Newnum of Danville, Ill and two grandchildren.Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Curmley FuneralHome, Hillsboro with Rev. John Servies officiating. Burial in LutheranCemetery near Wallace.
