  1. 1.  Margaret Hamilton, heiress of Ferguslie (daughter of John Hamilton, of Ferguslie); and died.

    Notes:

    Margaret, daughter of John Hamilton of Ferguslie, who in the lands of Ferguslie succeeded her brother Allan, subsequent to January 1618.
    Under suspicion of cherishing Romish doctrines, Mrs Margaret Wallace was from 1613
    to 1617 severely dealt with by the Presbytery of Paisley. To satisfy the brethren that her
    non-attendance at the parish church was due not to disinclination but infirmity, she consented to be borne into church at Paisley upon a litter. (Records of Presbytery of Paisley).

    Margaret married John (of Ferguslie) Wallace in 1630. John (son of William Wallace, of Elderslie and Janet Hamilton) died in Dec 1651. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    In 1630 John Hamilton of Ferguslee, had a daughter, Margaret, married to John Wallace of Kelly.

    2. Allan Hamilton, of Ferguslie died in Jan 1618 in Dsp - Died Without Children..
