Generation: 1

  1. 1.  Mary Evelyn Heath was born in 1907 in Parke County, Indiana (daughter of Odes D. Heath and Lelia Lela Clore); died in 1972.

Odes married Lelia Lela Clore on 24 Dec 1902 in Parke County, Indiana; Parke County Marriage Record 1839-1950. Lelia (daughter of Winfield Scott Clore and Mildred Cline Eskin Itskin) was born in 1884 in Montgomery County, Indiana, USA; died on 26 Oct 1972 in Crawfordsville, Montgomery County, Indiana; was buried in 1972 in Bethany Cemetery, Marshall, Parke County, Indiana. 2. 3.  Lelia Lela Clore was born in 1884 in Montgomery County, Indiana, USA (daughter of Winfield Scott Clore and Mildred Cline Eskin Itskin); died on 26 Oct 1972 in Crawfordsville, Montgomery County, Indiana; was buried in 1972 in Bethany Cemetery, Marshall, Parke County, Indiana.

    Notes:

(JE) has in her records that Lelia's father lived his life inMontgomery County, Indiana. If this is so, then there is a questionover Lelia's birth county since the newspaper obituary supplied by(CF) indicates that she was born in Parke County instead. Of course, the county lines near Byron are very close in proximity, and at thispoint either county may be Lelia's birth place, but this compilerleans more toward Montgomery County. Another descripency in theobituary article is the marriage date of Lelia and Odes. In (JE)'srecords for the Parke County Marriage Record 1839-1950 indicates thatthe marriage took place on 24 December 1902.

SOURCE (CF): "Notes for Lelia Clore: Mr. Lelia Heath-Marshall, Ind.,CNS - services were ar the Hunt and Son Funeral Home in Crawfordsvillefor Mrs. Lelia Heath, 88, of Crawfordsville, a former Parke Countyresident, who died October 26, 1972, at Culver Hospital inCrawfordsville. Notes:

NOTE: I have been going over the notes of Joyce L. Clore Elkins andthose of Cathi Clore Frost and comparing them for some sort ofcollaberation on where the family was located. It would appear thatthe farm land bordered both Parke and Montgomery Counties andoverlapped into both. So, it has been very difficult to determineexactly which county is the birth and death counties of individuals inmany cases. Also, in many cases, where one of them is married in acounty it's not necessarily where they lived in a county and viceversa. There may be some errors in locations of births and deaths. If you should decide a mistake was made, please feel free to contactme: sljuhl1234@yahoo.com or at
