8. | Charles Case, Jr. was born on 19 Jul 1754 in Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT (son of Capt. Charles Case and Phoebe Holcomb); died in 1828 in Williamsfield, Ohio. Notes:
Charles left CT in 1798 with his new wife and son, Zopher, and moved first to Warren, OH in 1800, passing through NJ, and Susquehannah Co., PA. He purchased land in Warren from Oliver Phelps. He then moved to Youngstown and from there to Kinsman in 1802. In 1804 he moved to Williamsfield until 1811 and then moved to Conneaut. He returned to Williamsfield where he remained until his death. " left CT in 1798; came thru Susquehanna City, PA, thru Pittsburgh, PA, over mountains by oxcart and teams to Warren, OH, Trumbull City. 1800: in Youngstown, Mahoning City, OH. 1811-1815, at Conneaut, OH.
