Notes:

Her marriage certificate has her father as Archibald, which is written over what looks like the name John which is crossed out in VERY heavy ink!!. Records acknowledge that she was a "natural" child" and brought up at Cavers House near Hawick.
Is she the child of Archibald, 15th of Cavers?

Jean married Thomas Pringle on 24 Apr 1787. Thomas (son of William Pringle and Agnes Kerrington) was born about 1762; was christened on 30 May 1762 in Aberlady Parish East Lothian, Scotland; died on 21 Apr 1848. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
