    (Research): Silvia Margaret Shaw of Tordarroch [n?e Silian Jones], died 23 February, 2022, aged 83.

    She was born in 1938, daughter of the Rev David John Silian Jones, and his wife the former Bertha Margaret Alcock; and married in 1960, John Shaw of Tordarroch, 22nd Chief of that Name [1937-2017], son of Major Charles John Shaw of Tordarroch, 21st Chief [1899-1978], and his wife the former Lillian Elford [who died in 1989]; by whom he had a son, Ian, 23rd Chief [born 1968], and three daughters, Rebecca, Julia and Fiona.

    Her daughter, Rebecca [born 1961], is the Baroness Fraser of Corriegarth, widow of the Baron Fraser of Corriegarth [1946-2021], the life peer and former Conservative party treasurer.
