"Obetta Norris, 87, of Rockville, died at 8:14 a.m. June 25, 1913, inFountain County, she was the daughter of Homer Allen and Junnie ShoafAllen. Preceding her in death were her brother, Hansel Allen and herhusband, William P. Norris, whom she married on March 2, 1933.
Survivors include two sons, Bob C. Norris of Crawfordsville and BurlP. Norris of Rockville; two daughters, Billie Ann Peters of SpringHill, Fla. and Judy Martin of Rockville; two brothers, Ulhlein Allenof Arcadia, Fla. and Morris Allen of Anderson; eight grandchildren, 18great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services will be heldat 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gooch Funeral Home of Rockville with PastorJerry Bates officiating. Burial will be in Kingman Fraternal Cemeteryin Kingman. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at GoochFuneral Home and before services on Wednesday."
