    "ROY McCORMICK, 64, of 1446 Willow St., Des Plaines, died at 3:10 a.m.today (Sept. 7, 1962) at St. Elizabeth Hospital where he had beenadmitted yesterday. He was a former Danville (Vermillion County,Illinois) resident.
    Born Feb. 6, 1898, in Monroe City, Ind., he was the son of Samuel andIda Hicks McCormick. He was engaged in the real estate business inDes, Plaines where he moved from Danville three years ago.
    Mr. McCormick attended Garfield and Washington elementary schoolshere. He was formerly employed by Leath Furniture, Sears Roebuck &Co., and Daniels Furniture Co.
    Surviving are his wife Freda, and his father, Samuel McCormick ofDanville. He was preceded in death by his mother.
    He was a member of Temple Masonic Lodge 46 of Peoria, DanvilleScottish Rite and the Des Plaines Elks Lodge.
