MRS. HORTENSE MARIMAN, 58, NATIVEOF BELGIUM, WAS ILL TWO YEARS. -- Annawan, Oct. 14.-Mrs. HortenseMariman, 58, died at 10:25 Saturday morning in her home; she was illtwo years, and bedfast nine months. Daughter of Peter and SophiaDumoulin, she was born Nov. 11, 1876, at St. Marguerite, Belgium. Shewas educated in Belgium. She was married to Edward Mariman Feb. 6,1896, in the old country. Surviving are her husband, six daughters,Mrs. Selina Spillers of Cicero, Mrs. Margaret Esser of Chicago, Mrs.Augusta DeGerengel of Annawan, Mrs. Elma Rakestraw of Annawan andMisses Irene and Irma at home. There are seven grandchildren. Twosisters, Mrs. Florence Overmyre and Mrs. Clara Meulebroeck ofAtkinson, and three brothers, Alphonse and Ray Dumoulin of Belgium andCharles Dumoulin of Rock Island, also survive. Funeral services willbe at 9 tomorrow morning in Sacred Heart church in Annawan, with theRev. George Lambert officiating. Burial will be in St. Anthony?sCatholic cemetery at Atkinson.?
