CLINTONIAN NEWS - FEBRUARY 5, 1946
EMMA MYRTLE, 62, died at Robert Long Hospital in Indianapolis, Sunday.
She is survived by her husband, James, one daughter, Mrs. LeonaBennett, Mecca, three sons: Earl of Mecca, Edward of Hammond, Indianaand Raymond, of U.S. Army. One sister, Ethel Shoaf, Rockville, 2brothers: Charles and Edgar Tyler. 11 Grandchildren and 2 Gr. Gr.Grandchildren.
The body will be taken to the residence of son Earl in Mecca, Thursdayfrom the Yokum and Seward Funeral Home. Services will be held at theMecca Christian Church at 1:30 Friday. The Reverend Clyde Morellionwill conduct the services. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery inCrawfordsville." [Transcribed by, SLJuhl, 29 Aug. 2005}
