OBITUARY: SARAH J. WRIGHT PASSES AWAY AFTER VERY LONG ILLNESSFuneral Services for Well Known Woman Will be Held on Sunday.
The funeral of Mrs. Sarah Josephine Wright, wife of Samuel A. Wright,she died at her home, 704 South Grant Avenue, at 8:30 o'clock Thursdaynight, will be held from the Hunt & Ratcliff funeral home on GrantAvenue at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. The body has been removed tothe funeral home and friends will be welcome to call at any time.Mrs. Wright died of complications after a four year illness. She wasborn on October 24, 1864, in Parke County, Indiana, the daughter ofRichard and Sarah Frances Watson, and was married to Samuel A. Wrighton August 26, 1896. Mrs. Wright belonged to the Trinity Methodistchurch. She is survived by her husband and six children, Mrs. BrucePeck, of Indianapolis; A.W. Wright, of West Point, Ga.; Mrs. H.R.Rush, of New York city; James B. Wright, of Sandusky, OH., and MissMary Wright, a school teacher at Weirton, W. Va., who is now at thehome here."
