- IERCETON, Ind. ? Jack R. Beezley, 79, 8890 North Ind. 5, died Thursday at 10:50 A.M. at Miller?s Merry Manor, Columbia City.
He was born on May 7, 1923, in Whitley County, to Watson C. and Gussie (Drake) Beezley.
He was an Army veteran serving in World War II, and a member of North Webster American Legion Post 253 and Syracuse Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by three sisters, Maxine Blake, Bradenton, Fla., Peg (Lloyd) Rood, Pierceton, and Donna Kline, Syracuse.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Thad and Bernard; and a sister Gwendolyn Dietrich.
Services will be at a later date.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse.
