"RITES HELD FOR LEWIS REYNOLDS--FORMER BROWN'S VALLEY MAN DIEDSUDDENLY HERE SATURDAY AFTERNOON---Funeral services for Lewis W.Reynolds, who died suddenly in the rear of a local resaurant Saturdayafternoon, were held Monday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Brown'sValley Christian Church. Rev. J.H. Wilson, pastor of the Firstchristian Church of this city, was in charge. Burial was in Old UnionCemetery near Waveland. Reynolds was born near Waveland, June 17,1856, the son of Andrew and Alice Reynolds. He was married to Mary T.Wright, December 7, 1878 (hard to read). She died in May, 1932. Onedaughter, Mrs. Mabel French, died in 1904. Survivors, in addition tothe two daughters, include fifteen grandchildren and thirteengreat-grandchildren. Lewis REYNOLDS, formerly of Browns Valley, who was well known here wasfound dead in the rear room of the Wolf restaurant in Crawfordsvilleon Saturday afternoon. He had been staying with his daughter, Mrs. LeoTHOMPSON but for the past few days had been at the home of Mrs. JohnGraham. Funeral services at the Browns Valley Christian Church onMonday were in charge of Rev. JH Wilson. Burial at Union Cemetery. Mr.Reynolds was born near Waveland June 17, 1856 and was the son ofAndrew and Alice Reynolds. He married Alice E. Wright Dec 7, 1870 whodied May 1932. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Thompson and Mrs.Dalton Connor of Covington.
