    (Research):

KINSHIP: Conflict/Error> Bradney's 'History of Monmouthshir
e' volume 4 part 1 page 126: Glough of Wilsbury gives her parents as Christopher Portrey, clerk, "by Catherine, dau. and heir to Morgan Aubrey of Ynys Cedwyn, esq.". This Christopher was not marriage to Catherine Awbrey, she was his mother.
KINSHIP: Conflict/Error> Evans' 'British Genealogist' book 4 pages D137 and D138 makes her the daughter of her grandparents, Richard Portrey and Catrin Awbrey, thus omitting the generation of Christopher Portrey and Frances Pryce from the name string.
