    Eversden family came from Essex to Swan River Colony on same ship, Sabrina,

    Mary Ann' parents were Edward Eversden and Ann Nidggel, she had sisters:
    Sarah, Emma who married Robert Wilton, Brothers John who married Sarah Wilton,
    and bro Frederick. Survivors lived in Kalamunda in 1987.

    Census Index. Cam Baptism Index 1801-1837, Hinxton Parish.
    Married Phoebe Wisbey of Duxford Parish 25 Dec 1847, and recorded in 1850
    census as resident of Hinxton.
    Emigrated to Australia as an indentured farm labourer, departing Liverpool March 1852 and arriving Fremantle on "Sabrina" July 1852.
    Subsequently owned large areas of land (Swan Loc 39) in South Perth reaching from Ngala to river
    foreshore.
    By 1865 Thomas was a successful farmer and orchardist supplying Perthvia boat to markets at the old Town Hall. Owned property near the town hall and a shop in Barrack St below Hay, possibly on the corner of Murray & Hay Streets.

    Married to Mary Lodge in Fowlmere Parish church 1814, and certificate
    obtained from Cambridge University Geneology records. However, certificate
    does not show parents of either, or dates of birth. Both signed the document, only
    one "s" on Joseph's surname.
    Cambridgeshire Burial Index 1801 - 1837 shows a Joseph Douglas, age unkn,
    buried 1831 at Hinxton Cemetary. Occupation from Hinxton Parish marriage
    register for Thomas & Phoebe " (da of Thomas lab) son of Joseph carpenter".

    Thomas Douglas's death certificate from Western Australia list his mother's
    name as Sarah. This is the only known reference to such and there is no
    evidence to support what must be considered an error.

    Lorraine Smith/Amos 27/3/07: Suggested that Thomas was son of Richard& Mary
    Ketteridge & had siblings Rebecca 1788, Ann 1793, Lucy 1795, Martha 1798.
    According to Peter Brand 9/5/07, however this Thomas Wisby bapt. Duxford 21
    Sep1800 died 7 May 1841 - before the 1841 Census was held. Therefore,he
    suggests, our Thomas Wisby is actually born prior to 1800, possibly 1796. Also
    suggests this Thomas died 19/5/1847 aged 51, with "Phoby" in attendance &
    buried St Peter's Duxford 20 May 1847. Angela King finds Thomas Wilson born to
    Mary Wilson prior to marriage to Edward Wisby & may have adopted surname; this
    Thomas Wisbey married Elizabeth Prior 8/10/1820.

    Thomas married Elizabeth Pride (or Prior) on 4 Aug 1820 in Whittlesford, Cambridgeshire, England. Elizabeth was born in 1800 in Cambridge; died in 1871. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    Holland, however Angela King 2/5/07 suggests that Elizabeth's maidenname was
