1. Roderick 20th of Barra 40th Chief MacNeil (son of Roderick "The Resolute" MacNeil and Anne (of Vatersay) MacNeil); died in 1822. Notes:
He prospered greatly during the boom in the kelp industry, but overspent and left the Estate of Barra in dire condition.
