"BP1934 (Colquhoun) reports that Umfridus de Kilpatrick obtained thelands of Culchone or Colquhoun in the time of King Alexander II(1214-1249). BLG1888 (Campbell-Colquhoun of Killermont) reports that theSir Robert we start with was the 5th laird of Colquhoun. We hope to showthe descent of Robert from Umfridus in due course.
