    Notes:

This information is from Sandi Hartnell, (hartnellsl@attbi.com). Howevergiven the problem with the dates of Roger (Sir) de Lyon (if the son ofGodfrey Louvain or Lowen, Duke of Brabant,. he would have been bornbefore his grandfather. I have changed his father to Lambert II Count ofBarbant & Louvain. This is obviously a wild guess and needs more research.

see also under John de Lyon, born Bet. 1292 - 1319

Sandi Hartnell says "Most of the early stuff was compiled by mygrandmother's twin sister, Mina Lyon Rife. She dated the material 1956.She did a lot of research, and attributed some of the material from a 3volumes titled "Lyon Memorial". She indicated they were purchased inBoston at Goodspeed Book Store. I visited Glamis Castle about 10 yearsago and have guidebooks from there that had family information, and Ialso picked up some information from various web cites.
