    "Causins Manor" was his home Plantation. Causine's Manor, also known as Causin's Manor or Mount Air, was originally 1,000 acres granted to Nicholas Causine It was in Port Tobacco Lower Hundred, five miles from the town of Portobacco.
    They lived in Charles County, Maryland where they owned Blythswood Manor.
    In 1714 Benjamin sold his share in Cold Spring Manor to Francis Collier.

    On 8 Jan. 1749, betw. 3&4 p.m. Susanna Clements and Charity Chandler deposed that they and Mrs. Ann Causeen were present with sd Elizabeth, now dec when she said her whole e. should be equ. div. among the 4 chldn. that were with her, her daus. Sarah & Penelope and her sons Thomas & Jesse, & added that sd Elizabeth desired that her son Thomas should be of age at 18 & he and her dau. Sarah should hae the admin of her e.
