Notes:

James & Jane (Dinning) Fleming, along with their children, Robert,William, James Jr., David, John, Eliza, and Charles, immigrated to theUnited States from Ireland in 1849 per census records. (The familyrecord states that they were from County Tyrone, Ireland, but this hasnot been 100% verified as yet.) By the 25th of July 1850, they werein Highland County, Ohio, again by census records. Robert Fleming(their oldest son) was in Richland County, Illinois by the 10th ofJuly 1860 per census records. Robert's first marriage was in HighlandCounty, Ohio to Christina Caley and his second marriage was to Mary E.in probably Richland County, Illinois where all of their children wereborn (but not proven yet). There Robert remained in Richland Countyuntil the death of his second wife Mary E. some time betweenc.1900-1910. Two years before Robert's death in 1912, he is livingwith his daughter Maude and her family in Lawrence County, Illinoisper the 1910 census record, and this is probably his place of death,but where he was buried is not known as yet.
1st marriage: Children born to Robert & Christina Fleming were, CaleyF., Knox, Mary J., Henry, Margarette, Allen M., John L., Charles, andAmelia Fleming. 2nd marriage: Children born to Robert & Mary E.Fleming were, Francis, Corinne, Maude B., and Josephine O., Flemingper census records (see below census records). Robert's son Henry isliving in Richland County, Illinois in 1880 per that census record.

I'm looking for information on the Fleming family. I found someinformation about James and son Robert initially migrated from TyroneCounty Ireland. I believe they settled in New Orleans for a few yearsand then moved to Richland County, Illinois. Robert gave birth toCaley, Henry, Allan, Charles, Margarette with his first wife. ThenFrancis and Corinne with his second wife. Where do I fit in? Henry ismy great great grandfather. His son Walter moved to New Jersey at somepoint in his life. It's amazing how well documented the family treeis. I have marriages, children, dob's and deaths from Robert onward.Any information would be appreciated."
