There were two Mary Ann Douglass in this generation, one daughter of Ebene zer Douglass and one daughter of Martin Douglass. Bacause Ebenezer mov ed on to Missouri, it does not seem to have mattered too much to the fami ly - until people in much later generations began to try to straighten o ut the genealogies! Then the duplication made things confusing.
