    Australia. Served in 2nd Pioneer Battalion, 2nd Tunneling Coy, Aus Mining
    Corps, suffered inguinal hernia 12/7/16, transferred to ANZAC ProvostCorps on
    discharge from hospital. Suffered gunshot wound to left thight at some stage
    of war. Discharged medically unfit, 25/8/1919 in London, to address Bridge
    Farm, Stanford Rivers, Ongar, Essex.
