"Sandy, just a note of clarification on the information you uploadedfrom me. You have both Samuel and Catherine (Bream) Diehl and Danieland Mary (Arnold) Bream as all being buried in Indiana, however I canassure you that all four died and were buried in Adams County, PA.Also, I believe I may have solved my question of how the Diehl/Breamfamilies ever became acquainted with the LaBaw's. It turns out thatSarah Diehl's sister Mary Jane Diehl spent a short time with herhusband John Miller (married in PA) in Shawnee Twp, Fountain Countybefore moving on to Illinois. They are listed in the 1870 census asresiding in Shawnee Twp. Sarah was married to Simon in Dec of 1865,so perhaps some of the family (Sarah included?) moved westward aftertheir father died in March of that year. A Catherine Diehl is livingwith Mary Jane and John in 1870 who was perhaps Sarah and Mary'smother, who I cannot otherwise account for in the 1870 census, although the age doesn't match up. Either way, their mother was backin Adams County, PA by 1880." [NOTE: Corrections made 01 April 2008,SLJuhl, Compiler]
