1. Daniel Dawson (son of James Dawson). Notes:
Lived at Moneens but, owing to a fire, was obliged to give up his land and emigrate with his family to New Brunswick. Another farm still remained in the possession of the family until about 1850 when it passed out of their hands.
2. James Dawson was born in 1701 in Drummany, Co. Monaghan, Ireland (son of Richard Dawson); and died. Notes:
Settled in the County Cork.
