• Notes

The Douglas Book refers to 'Isabel, daughter of the 2nd Earl of Douglas, heiress to the unentailed estates of her father.' If she was the infant daughter of the Princess, his wife, then she died young. Eleanor, daughter of Sir Archibald Douglas, the Tyneman, was heir-presumptive to Eleanor.
