I found him in Hartford on the 1850 with Naomi. He is 62 she is 60. No one else by that name with him and he is a clock repairer. This will probably strike you as very odd; but I am a genealogist after all:>) I have a clock, a tall case, from about 1795-1805ish made in CT. It was given as a wedding present to Eliz Fisher by her father, John, when she married Benj Warren. Not my family, but this info was inside the clock. On the back of the door; scribbled in chalk it says "Cleaned Simeon Case 1832". That was why I was interested in Simeon. Pretty cool to be able to find out who his parents were from you:>) It might be nice to add to the database. I assume it is his authentic signature. Can't think why the owners would write it in.
