  Special to The State. Blackstock, june 16--Miss Adalize Thorn died at her home near Blackstock on Thursday morning, after a lingering illness. She was buried at Catholic Presbyterian church, of which she was a member, Rev. C.G. Brown, her pastor, officiating. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Fanny Douglass Thorn, and the following sisters: Mrs. W.H.H. Moores of Texarkana, Texas, Mrs. J. Adams Hayne of Congaree, and Miss Sue Thorn.
