- "MRS. EMMA AYLOR TAKEN BY DEATH---29 August 1941---Mrs. Emma Aylor, anative of Indiana, but a resident of the Old Salem community for thepast 58 years, died last Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs.Connie Blaylock. She was 81 years of age. Funeral was held Tuesdayat Enon Baptist church by the Rev. Zack Stallings, of Milan, withburial in Enon cemetery. In addition to the daughter with whom shewas visiting when she died, Mrs. Aylor is survived by a son, ClaytonGaylord, of Sharon; two stepsons, George Aylor and and Jim Aylor, bothof Mckenzie, 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
