Obituary From Rose Stogdill, Sent to Jerri Elkins - July 1979 to 1980w/Funeral Records.
Mrs. Maude B. Epple, 57, of 238 E. 14th St., Seymour, Indiana diedunexpectedly at 8:40 P.M. at her home Tuesday, Dec. 16, 1980. Mrs.Epple was formerly employed for 15 years at the shirt factory and for3 years at Seymour Electronics. She was a member of ApostolicPentecostal Tabernacle. Born in Jackson County, Indiana on November10, 1923, she was the daughter the late William H. Booth and Mary EttaStogdill. She lived her life in Jackson county and on November 20,1953 married Vernard E. Epple. Vernard died September 5, 1979 inSeymour, Indiana. She is survived by 3 children: The Rev. MichaelEpple, James E. Epple and Mary Jo Epple at home; one brother a LoranL. Booth, St. Petersburgh, Florida; and one sister, Mrs. Harold(Wilma) Cox of Seymour, Indiana. She was preceded in death by onehalf brother, a brother and two sisters. Services will be conductedat 1:30 P.M. Friday at the Apostolic Pentecostal Tabernacle Church,with Rev. Dennis Crotcher and Rev. Jeff Patton officiating. Burialwill be in Riverside Cemetery, Seymour, Indiana. Friends may call atthe Voss Mortuary from 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Thursday and from9:00 A.M. until time of services at the church. Memorials may bedonated to the Apostolic Pentecostal Tabernacle Church.
