Notes |
- (JE) has in her records that Lelia's father lived his life inMontgomery County, Indiana. If this is so, then there is a questionover Lelia's birth county since the newspaper obituary supplied by(CF) indicates that she was born in Parke County instead. Of course, the county lines near Byron are very close in proximity, and at thispoint either county may be Lelia's birth place, but this compilerleans more toward Montgomery County. Another descripency in theobituary article is the marriage date of Lelia and Odes. In (JE)'srecords for the Parke County Marriage Record 1839-1950 indicates thatthe marriage took place on 24 December 1902.
