In Ohio this 6th day of Dec. AD 1850 personally appeared before me anacting Justice of The Peace in & for county Susannah Redinbough aged76 a resident of Shelby County in this State of Ohio who having dulysworn declares that she is the widow of John Redenbaugh deceased whowas a private in the Company Commanded by Asa Hinkle in the Regimentof Ohio Militia Commanded by Col-Sutton in the War with Great Britiandeclaed by the United States on the 18th day of June AD 1812. Thather said husband volunteered at Hamilton County in the State of Ohiosome time in the month 7 August AD 1812 for the term of six months, &continued in actual service for the full term of said six months, &was discharged at St. Marys in the State of Ohio, in the Month ofFebruary AD 1813. Deponeant further states that she was Married tothe said John Redenbaugh on the 20th day of January AD 1820 in theCounty of Miami in the State of Ohio by one John Hendershott, J.P.That her name before her said marriage was Susanna Evans. That hersaid husband died on the 10th day of August AD 1847, in said County ofShelby & that she is still a widow. She makes this application forthe purpose of obtaining the bounty land to which she may be entitledunder the act of Sept. 28th, 1850. Signed with an X--Susana Redinbo."
