He served as a Director of Zavvi Entertainment Group Limited and its subsidiaries Zavvi Group companies registered in the UK; Zavvi Limited; Zavvi Group Limited; Zavvi Retail Limited; VR Services Limited; Piccadilly Entertainment Store Limited; Ablegrand Limited; Ablegrand 2 Limited; VShop Retail Services Limited; VSpace Limited; VRetail Services Limited and other Zavvi Group companies registered outside of the UK- Hrlandic Limited; Zavvi Online Guernsey Limited; Zavvi Retail Ireland Limited and Zavvi Entertainment Ireland Limited. Mr. Douglas completed the MBO of Virgin Megastores. He served as a Director of Luminar Group Holdings Plc since March 2010.

 

In 2018, he appears to be a partner in Inn at Home, a beer retailer, and Emkado, a medical technology company.

 

Note:

1.  The above is taken from Simon's CV.  I am not sure how this squares with the fact that Zavi collapsed in 2009/2009.
