Robert Douglas

 

Governor of St Lucia, 1816, lasting less than a year.

St. Lucia became a British territory in 1814. His predecessor was Edward Stehelin, his successor was Richard Augustus Seymour.

 

He is also listed as Commandant of St Luica, but in October 1816, he write to Lord Bathurst as 'Governor Robert Douglass'.
