As an organisational psychologist Mark Douglas has worked as a senior consultant with the South Australian Centre for Manufacturing, the SA Government Management Board and as a research consultant at Loughborough University of Technology (UK), working with the Tavistock Institute in London.

Mark's qualifications include BA (Psych), Grad Dip Teaching, Grad Dip App Psych, Master App Sc (In progress). He is also an Accredited Mediator with LEADR (Lawyers Engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution) and a Team Management Systems Master Trainer.
