The Lords Mordington

the Barony of Mordington Sir George Douglas of
Mordington has been identified as the brother of
James Douglas, Lord Torthorwald, (d Jul 1608) but may have been of an earlier generation, making
him a grandson of James, 4th earl of Morton. He married, as her 3rd husband,
Margaret Dundas, dau of Alexander Dundas of Fingask, who died at the battle
of Pinkie.
