Emily Douglas
Emily
Douglas is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team in
Sydney, Australia. She has particular experience in dispute
resolution involving clients from the energy and resources sector.
Emily's practice focuses on contractual disputes, misleading or
deceptive conduct claims and negligence claims.
Emily is
involved in advising and acting for clients at all stages of the
litigation process, including pre-litigation. Emily has acted for
clients in hearings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the
Federal Court, as well in domestic and international arbitral
proceedings, mediations and reference hearings.
She is a
graduate of Macquarie University (Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of
Laws - Hons)
