In Duke street Westminster aged 54 Nathaniel Atcheson esq FSA solicitor He published "Report of the Case Havelock against Rookwood argued and determined in the Court of King's Bench on the validity of a sentence of condemnation by an enemy's Consul in a Neutral Port" 8vo 1800 "A Letter on the present state of the carrying part of the Coal Trade" 8vo 1802" Report of the Case Fisher against Ward respecting the Russian Embargo on British Ships" 8vo 1803 "American Encroachments on British Rights" 8vo 1803 Mr Atcheson by assiduity knowledge and sagacity had raised himself into eminence as a solicitor and enjoyed the respect and confidence of some of the most distinguished characters of the country He was the original founder of the Pitt club.

Law notes and precedent book compiled by Nathaniel Atcheson, son of Anthony Atcheson of Portsmouth merchant, articled to William Charlton of Sunderland near the Sea gent. 5 September 1786.
