Testator states that a certain instrument in writing said to have beensigned and sealed by him at
marriage with late dec'd wife Ester, and in possession of one of hissons, obligates him to performance of sundry matter, should eitheraforesaid sons insist or make claim to any other potion of estate,real or personal, said son to be excluded from any benefit from sameand portions hereafter bequeathed to said sons to be possessed bydaughters Ester and Hannah and their heirs.
