      In the name of God, amen. I Elizabeth CLEVIDENCE being old and frailand knowing that I have to die, and being now of sound mind, wishingnow to give and bequeath my little property in the way here in afternamed. After my just debts are paid, and my body decently buried, Icommit my soul to God that gave it. Item 1. I now wish to give andbequeath to Louisa and Polly Newkirk my small trunk and twenty-eightdollars that is in said trunk, but my burial expenses is paid out ofthe money. Item 2. I give and bequeath to David Hall all my goods,all my house hold furniture, my beds and bed clothing, pots, kettle,and cup board furniture. Item 3. I give and bequeath unto MargaretHall, daughter of David Hall all my wearing clothes. This being mylast will and testament where unto I set my hand and seal this 31stday of March in the year of our Lord 1836.
