    • "He moved with his family down the Ohio river, stopping in CampbellCounty, Kentucky and settled in Clermont County, Ohio. He enlisted inthe War of 1812 as a private, in the Company of Capt. Samuel Ross,Reg. of Col. William Colgrove.
