Mrs Hazel Niswender of Livingston, has been granted a divor ce from Dwight G Niswender in a decree signed by judge W. W . Lessley of the district court in Bozeman. She charged exs treame cruelty. The couple was married Nov. 29, 1946 at Cou er d'Aleue, Idaho.

Anaconda Montana, A funeral for Dwight Niswender 74. a fo rmer Gillette resident, took place at 10 a.m. Friday in th e Longfellow Finnegan Funeral Home at Anaconda.
Pastor John Allen of Hope Lutheran Church officiated. Inter nment was at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Anaconda.
Mr. Niswender died Sunday, Dec. 18, 1988 at Anaconda Hospit al.
He was born in Gillette on March 3, 1914, to Harley and Al ice Cozeiett Scott Niswender . After attending schools in G illette he worked on several ranches. he also worked for th e Burlington Northern Railroad in Gillette. Mr. Niswender t hen went to work for the U.S. Forest Service in Thompson Fa lls, Montana . until his retirement. Survivors include hi s wife, Ivath of Anaconda. one daughter, Mary Davis of Gres ham, Oregon; two sons, Tom of Tigard Oregon; and Dwight o f Voring, Oregon; two brothers Dorvan Niswender of Westvill e, Illinois, and Oliff Niswender of Gillette; two sisters , Desma Doyle of Alliance, Nebraska, and Vetta Bell of Gill ette, Wyoming, and 12 grandchildren, and nine great-grandch ildren. he was preceded in death by four brothers: Rex, Zel ton, Wendle and Alvis
